How we look after your answers
Updated 7 October 2026.
In short: you do the Map without an account and without anyone knowing who you are. Only when you choose to share do your name and your answers reach Rê — and only if you tick the box that says so.
Who looks after your data
Renata Araújo (Equilibrar) decides what happens to your answers and is answerable for them. For any question, request or complaint about your data, write to nutricao.renata@hotmail.com. Rê answers personally.
On what basis
On your consent, and nothing else. Your answers about sleep, stress, food and your body are information about your health, and the law treats that as a category of its own — which is why the box you tick says in as many words that this is what it covers. You can withdraw your consent whenever you like, and that does not undo what was already done before.
What stays on your device only
You do not need an account to do the Map. There are no cookies, no advertising and no visitor tracking.
While you answer, your answers are kept in this browser, so nothing is lost if the connection drops. They stay there after your Map is ready, so you can print your full Map — and they go when you delete your Map. Your name and anything you wrote in your own words also stay on this device, and leave it only if you share your Map with Rê.
What is saved while you answer
While you answer, an anonymous Map is saved in Rê's database: your answers as codes and the six pillar scores. Your name, anything you write in your own words, your 24 individual answers and the check-in do not go with it.
What goes to Rê if you share
If you choose to share your Map with Rê, your name, your email, whatever you fill in on the form, your 24 individual answers and anything you wrote in your own words all go to her — that is what she talks you through. Those answers are information about your health, which is why the box says so in as many words. The check-in never goes, under any circumstances.
The check-in
At the check-in, we keep only whether you ticked something — never what you ticked.
Who else touches your data
Three companies hold or carry something so that the Map can work. None of them uses your answers for their own purposes, and none of them may sell them.
Supabase — holds the database, on servers in Germany (European Union). That is where your Map lives.
Resend — sends the emails (the note to Rê and your own copy with the link). The data sits on servers in the United States, and they delete the content of emails after 30 days.
Calendly — the page where you book the 30-minute conversation, if you want one. It is in the United States, and it receives nothing unless you click the link and fill it in.
The United States is outside the European Union. Both companies have joined the EU–US data protection framework and signed the standard contractual clauses, which is what the law asks for this kind of transfer.
There is no Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel, nothing of that kind. The fonts come from our own server, so your internet address is never sent to Google.
For how long
A Map you started and did not finish is deleted after 30 days of no activity.
A finished Map you did not share is deleted after 12 months.
A Map you shared stays while you are in touch with Rê. When you ask, she deletes it — and asking is all it takes, with no explanation.
What is on your device stays until you delete it, with the button below, or clear your browser's data.
What you can ask for, at any time
To see everything Rê holds about you. To correct anything wrong. To delete all of it. To get your answers in a file you can take elsewhere. To withdraw your consent. To say you no longer want the emails.
Write to nutricao.renata@hotmail.com and say what you want. Rê answers within 30 days, usually much sooner. You do not have to justify anything.
If you feel you were not treated properly, you can complain to the authority in your country: ANPD in Brazil (gov.br/anpd), CNPD in Portugal (cnpd.pt).
Nothing here decides anything about you
The Map works out six scores and suggests where to begin. It is simple arithmetic, not a system that decides on its own: no door closes to you because of the result, and no real person stops talking to you because of it.
Age
The Map is for women aged 18 and over.
If this notice changes
The date at the top changes with it. If the change is a big one and Rê has your email, she tells you first.
